Recently, the People's Government of Anhui Province issued the "Decision of the People's Government of Anhui Province on the 2020 Anhui Province Science and Technology Award" (Wanzheng [2021] No. 23).Rewards will be given to scientific and technical personnel and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the advancement of science and technology and economic and social development in Anhui Province in 2020.Conch Venture won the third prize of Anhui Science and Technology Award for the important scientific research achievements of "Cement Kiln Collaborative Resource Treatment of Municipal Waste System Integration Key Technology Development and Application". This is the first time Conch Venture has won the award.
This achievement was formed by Conch Venture and Anhui Environmental Science Research Institute to form a core scientific research team under the guidance of the University of Science and Technology of China, Wuhu Science and Technology Bureau and other units.Through nearly ten years of scientific and technological research, Conch Venture has realized the industrialization of key core technologies such as the secondary crushing-hybrid-pumping pretreatment system, the control method of the automatic waste feeding system, and the Conch Venture urban waste co-processing intelligent control system and platform.The scientific research results were successfully applied to 15 cement kiln co-processing solid and hazardous waste projects in Wuhu, Suzhou, Huaining and other places, achieving good social, economic and environmental benefits.
Since its listing in 2013, Conch Venture has seized the important opportunity for the country to vigorously promote green development. The environmental protection field "solid waste and hazardous waste disposal + domestic waste incineration power generation" two-wheel drive has developed rapidly, and the project's production capacity and scale have been continuously expanded.So far, Conch Venture has successfully promoted nearly 200 environmental protection projects in 25 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country and Vietnam, forming a disposal scale of 13.01 million tons of domestic waste and 9.2 million tons of solid and hazardous waste per year.While continuously expanding and strengthening the main business of environmental protection, Conch Venture attaches great importance to scientific and technological research and development and application of results, and has conducted many exchanges of environmental protection technology among enterprises in the industry, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Benchmarking and Risk Assessment of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences and other scientific research institutes.Accelerate the promotion of the transformation of achievements in the field of environmental protection technology, and create an environmental protection innovation highland where the industry is highly coordinated and basic research and application research are integrated and developed.
